E.S. Wagner Company (ESW) was selected to complete the site development package for the new Ohio Cat Equipment and Parts Facility, located in Perrysburg, Ohio in the summer of 2019.
Due to the limited access to the project, ESW first modified the entrance drive to the site through the installation of a 250 linear foot three-sided box culvert which permitted access for construction. ESW self-performed 85,000 cubic yards of earthwork and constructed three detention ponds on the 39 acre package. In addition to the site grading, ESW installed 1,200 linear feet of waterline, 2,700 linear feet of sanitary sewer, approximately 12,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 4” to 30” along with 63 associated structures and two casing bores for the waterline connection. ESW worked with the General Contractor to overcome several scope gaps in order to complete the project on a schedule that met the owner’s requirements.
